Includes up to 90 minutes for patient, one-on-one lessons, setup, troubleshooting, and testing with common computers, phones, tablets, Wi-Fi, printers, smart TVs, streaming, and compatible smart-home needs. A visit can focus on learning, even when everything is working. We confirm the price before scheduling and never add time without your approval.
New Device Setup — $169
Includes up to 90 minutes of help setting up a new computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, or similar personal device.
Digital Safety Checkup — $189
Includes up to 90 minutes of practical help with safer password habits, account recovery settings, device updates, suspicious messages, and everyday scam awareness.
Trusted Account Setup — $189
Includes up to 90 minutes of help setting up, accessing, or organizing legitimate client-owned accounts while the client stays in control.
Digital Legacy Setup Visit — $199
Includes up to 90 minutes of proactive help organizing account and recovery information and reviewing available legacy-readiness options while the client is living, able to consent, and participating.
