We help with many Windows computers, Macs, iPhones, iPads, Android phones, tablets, and common accessories such as keyboards, mice, webcams, speakers, and compatible Bluetooth accessories. Tell us what device you have and what you need help with.

What kinds of problems can you troubleshoot?

We can help with settings, updates, email, apps, notifications, storage, sign-in, connections, printing, and other everyday problems. If a repair shop or another provider is a better fit, we will explain the next step.

Can you teach me how to use my device?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide one-on-one instruction at your pace. We can practice everyday tasks, adjust available accessibility settings, and create simple notes for you to keep.

Will you need my passwords or verification codes?

Accepted Answer

You enter your own passwords and verification codes and approve every account, purchase, setting, and change. We do not store sensitive information or access your device when you are not present.

Can a family member participate or request help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A family member may request or participate with the customer's permission. The customer or authorized helper remains in control and approves the work.

Do you repair broken hardware?

Accepted Answer

We help with setup, software, troubleshooting, and instruction, but we do not repair broken screens, batteries, liquid damage, or parts inside a device. If hardware repair is needed, we will explain the next step.
